How does the AI estimate work?
You describe the job in your own words, or add a photo or blueprint. Cloud AI asks one short round of questions, then writes the lines with quantities, rates, and notes. You check it, change anything, and send it.
What happens to what I typed on this page?
Nothing is sent anywhere. When you press Continue, your description is copied to your clipboard so you can paste it into AI estimate in the app.
What if I do not know an answer?
Skip it. The estimate assumes the usual for that job and notes the assumption on the line, so you can fix it before the client sees it.
Can my client pay from the estimate?
Yes, once you set up payments. Ask for a deposit with the estimate, and the client pays it by card, wallet, or bank when they accept.
Are the prices on this page real quotes?
