How much is Pro?+

What happens when the free trial ends?+
The trial runs 3 days. VanReceipts reminds you inside the app on day 2, before you are charged, so the bill is never a surprise. If you do not subscribe, your data stays on the device and real editing pauses until you start Pro.
How do I cancel?+
In your iPhone settings, the same way as any App Store subscription: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, VanReceipts, Cancel. No email to us, no waiting on a reply, no retention call.
Do I lose my jobs and receipts if I stop paying?+
No. Your jobs, receipts, invoices and exports stay on your device. Adding, scanning, sending and exporting pause until you subscribe again, and everything is there when you do.
Is there a per user charge for my crew?+
No. Crew labor is part of Pro at the same price. You add your crew and their hourly rates, then assign them to jobs, estimates and invoices. Their cost lands in the job's job costing figure.
What does cloud itemization actually send?+
Scanning is a Pro feature. When you scan a receipt, the image and recognized text are sent securely for AI itemization, and you confirm the result before it saves. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is there an Android version or a web app?+
Not today. VanReceipts is an iPhone app. The free tools on this site, including the invoice generator and the job profit calculator, work in any browser on any phone.
