A cleaning quote for one visit
A cleaning quote template is a fixed price for one clean, sent before anyone starts. The sheet loaded above is one biweekly visit of a 3 bed, 2 bath house. The price line starts blank. Type the price. This page does not state a price for the work.
There is no allowance on this sheet. Inside the oven, the fridge, and the blinds are outside the visit. Asking for the oven after acceptance does not change this visit.
| Line | What the quote covers |
|---|---|
| Each biweekly visit, 3 bed 2 bath | One visit. The oven, the fridge, and the blinds are outside it. |
The date on the sheet is the end of the offer. After that date, the price you typed is no longer the offer on this page. Acceptance is the signature line on the PDF, or a written reply that names this quote. There is no deposit. The price is for that visit, paid on its own. A year paid up front is a different quote.
An office night and two restrooms
The office button is one night: the clean, and restroom restock, on separate lines. Glass and carpet extraction are outside it. That is the office sheet, for one night, not a monthly contract.
The restroom button lists the fixtures, the floors for the two rooms, and restock as separate lines. A third restroom is a different quote.
Post-construction is a fixed price with conditions
The post-construction button lists dust and vacuum, a wet mop of the hard floors, and the inside of the new cabinets. Paint flecks, stickers, and mortar are outside that price. The house is empty and the power is on, and those are conditions of the quote. If you arrive and the house is still full of furniture, this quote is not the price. Write a new one.
A move-out clean that assumes an empty house and then prices heavy soil on site is a different document: the cleaning estimate template. Two biweekly visits that already happened, with the oven and the fridge billed after the fact, are the cleaning invoice template.
Acceptance and the contract your state requires
The acceptance line records that the client agreed to the visit and the price on this quote. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the contract your state requires. Where the work is a home improvement, California's writing rule and down payment cap are on the construction quote template. Other states write their own rules. The general form, before it is filled for a trade, is the quote template. More forms are on the templates page.

Fill in the quote on this page, then download it as a PDF in three designs, a Word file, or an Excel file. Pick the job first. The file uses the lines that are on screen.
Questions cleaners ask
What is a cleaning quote template?+
A cleaning quote template is a fixed price for one clean, with a date the offer ends and a line for the client to accept it. The biweekly visit on this page leaves the price blank for you to type. The oven, the fridge, and the blinds are not in that visit. This page does not state a price for the work.
What should a cleaning quote include?+
The visit, what is left out, whether a deposit is due, the date the offer ends, and a place for acceptance. On this biweekly sample there is no deposit, and the price is for one visit rather than a year paid up front.
Is an accepted cleaning quote a contract?+
The acceptance line records that the client agreed to the visit and the price on the quote. Whether that is the contract your state requires depends on the state and on your wording. This page is not legal advice. Where the work is a home improvement, California's rules are explained on the construction quote page. Other states differ.
Can I download a cleaning quote template as Word or Excel?+
Yes. The quote you fill in downloads as a PDF in three designs, and as a Word file and an Excel file.
