A landscaping quote for a mowing season
A landscaping quote template is a fixed price for the season or the job on the sheet, sent before the work. The one loaded above is lawn care for one address: 26 weekly visits, mow, edge, and blow, on Tuesdays. Twenty-six visits at $55 are $1,430.
A skipped week is not billed and is not made up. There is no deposit. Spring cleanup is a different quote. The date on the sheet is the date this price ends. The dollar amounts are round samples so the addition can be checked. They are not a price for the work.

Acceptance is the signature line, or a written reply that names this quote. After that date, $1,430 is no longer the offer. Four visits that already happened are a different document: the landscaping invoice template.
Mulch, and a hedge
The mulch button is $540 for 180 square feet of beds at 2 inches, material and spread. Fabric and haul-away of extra soil are outside it. The sample spreads mulch on beds that are already there. If the work digs, contact 811 a few business days before the ground is opened and ask for buried utilities to be marked (read October 15, 2026). 811 is the free national before-you-dig service.
The hedge is $400: 80 linear feet at $4 is $320, and hauling the clippings is $80.
Sod on a surface grade
The sod button is $1,900: 800 square feet at $2 is $1,600, and grade and rake is $300. There is no trenching. Watering after the third day is the owner's. If a later edit adds digging, contact 811 a few business days before the ground is opened (read October 15, 2026). 811 is the free national before-you-dig service. Where a home-improvement deposit rule applies
The mowing sheet takes no deposit. This page is not a contract and it is not legal advice. Where the job is a home improvement in California, Business and Professions Code section 7159 (official text on leginfo.legislature.ca.gov) requires the contract, and any changes to it, to be in writing and signed by the parties before the covered work begins, when the aggregate price, including labor, services, and materials, exceeds $500 (read October 15, 2026). Section 7159.5 (official text on leginfo.legislature.ca.gov) says a down payment shall not exceed $1,000 or 10 percent of the contract amount, whichever amount is less, unless the contractor furnishes a performance and payment bond, a lien and completion bond, or a bond equivalent or joint control the registrar approves, covering full performance and payment.
